I have tried sealing the crawl space, poinson and sticky traps without any luck. I am about to loose a tenant if I don't get rid of these rats. Please call ASAP.

I have a problem with ants here at my business. I have tried all sorts of treatments, bombs, sprays, chemicals around the whole exterior of the building ... but still the ants find the transmission fluid in the parts room and they still get into the cream and sugar by the coffee machine. I am looking for someone that can come out and remove the ants for good. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks,

1) Potential termite issue. Noticed a big plank-size chunk of white trim wood along the siding of my chimney gone. Wood underneath looks eaten away. Tap along the white trim from the ground up, and get to a place where it sounds hollow where the trim still exists. 2) Squirrel issue--have had a (one only, I hope) grey squirrel scurrying up the side of our house, into a hole in our eave/siding, and making residence in the attic over our guest room for some time. Ready for extermination and exclusion and repair.

Bugs in bed do not know if they are bed bugs or human fleas. We do have a dog but has a flea collar and recently had a squirrel problem in the attic.

I've seen two giant roaches within the past month: one under the kitchen sink and another in a rarely used shower. There are bound to be others. I'd like to know the best way to get rid of them while ensuring the safety of my 2 very young sons and cats.
